Return & Refund

At Flowzilla IT Solutions Private Limited, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with our software products and services. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns and refunds may be requested.


1. Digital Products – No Return Policy

Due to the nature of digital products (including but not limited to software licenses, SaaS subscriptions, downloadable software, and digital tools), we do not offer returns once a product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed.

We encourage all users to take advantage of our free trial/demo version (if available) before making a purchase.


2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience a technical issue that prevents the software from functioning as intended, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally made a duplicate payment for the same product.
  • Incorrect Product Delivery: If you received a product different from what was ordered and we are unable to correct the error.

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incompatibility with your system (please review system requirements before purchase)
  • Failure to use features as intended
  • Missed promotional offers or discounts

3. Refund Process

  • Order ID
  • Date of Purchase
  • Product/Service Purchased
  • Reason for Refund Request
  • Screenshots or evidence (if applicable)

All refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.


4. Subscription Cancellations

If you have purchased a recurring subscription:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our support.
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the product until the end of your billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

5. Custom Software & Services

For custom software development, consultation, or other service-based engagements, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as per the terms of the individual contract or agreement.
